FAQs
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please arrive promptly for sessions. Unfortunately, if you arrive late to a session, they cannot be extended.
What are your fees?
Fees start from £90 per session on-line to £110 for in-person sessions and depending on location.
I offer a limited number concessionary rate places for students and those on a low income. Please feel free to enquire about current availability.
Do you accept health insurance?
I am a registered psychotherapist with Aviva, AXA Health and Cigna and accept referrals from these providers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will be payable in full. I will always endeavour to offer an alternative day/time for a session during that same week but this may not always be possible. If for any reason I have to cancel the session, there is no charge.
How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?
During our initial consultation you will have the opportunity to tell me what has brought you to therapy and we can discuss how we might work together. The relationship is central to success in therapy and if we feel that we are a good fit, we can discuss a number of sessions (usually a minimum of 12 weeks for short-term work) and we will regularly review our work together. If it is not the right fit, there is no obligation to continue.
